TERMS & CONDITIONS
A non-refundable booking fee (deposit) for makeup or hair services is required to secure and hold the booking date for you.
*Bridal booking balances are due 5 days prior to your wedding date via bank transfer, or cash on the day. (Please note) cash payment will be collected prior to starting makeup.
Travel fees are applicable when travelling to locations. In circumstances when parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover charges where services are being conducted, for example hotel parking, valet and meter parking.
Booking fee deposits are "non refundable". If you need to postpone, change or cancel your event/wedding date, I will transfer the booking fee where possible.
Cancellations of (6 months - 12 months) prior to your wedding date at my discretion I will refund $100.
No reduction in the number of makeup/hair services are allowed after initial quote is accepted. Any additional numbers, changes in location or timing on the day will be accomodated where possible.
Important - Please notify of any location changes as soon possible. This may modify the price of your quote due to travel fees, early start, & other factors.
Fernando or any other artist working with him, are not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to notify Fernando if you have sensitive skin or have any known allergies. You are more than welcome to bring your own product that you are familiar with for Fernando to happily use instead. Fernando Hervas will not be held liable for any injuries that should arrise whle on location.
BY PAYING A BOOKING FEE DEPOSIT, YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
